Refurbishment of the Esmoriztur Cultural Building

This project focused on rehabilitating the central auditorium of the Esmoriztur building while maintaining its primary function as a venue for cultural events such as cinema and theatre. The refurbishment also aimed to enable multipurpose use, including conferences and concerts, accommodating up to 525 seated visitors. To meet new regulatory requirements and optimise spatial performance, several areas were reconfigured, improving accessibility and creating support facilities that enhance the building’s functionality.
