Refurbishment and extension project for the Gastroenterology and Pulmonology Service at the Unidade Local de Saúde do Baixo Mondego, in Figueira da Foz. The intervention aimed to modernise and adapt the clinical spaces to current functional and regulatory requirements, improving patient care conditions and circulation flows between the two specialties. d-solution® delivered the complete architectural and engineering design using BIM methodology.
