Expansion of the Estarreja Eco Business Park – Phase 3

The Municipality of Estarreja commissioned this project to expand the Eco Business Park by 100 hectares, creating around 30 new plots for business installations. The works included the construction of essential infrastructures — road networks, potable water and wastewater systems, stormwater drainage, public lighting, gas and telecommunications networks — as well as the development of parking areas, sidewalks, fire-access routes, and landscaped green zones dedicated to economic activities.
